OUR STORY

 

  I am a culinary graduate from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Sacramento. I graduated May 2010 and have been actively working as a Chef ever since. I have multiple years of experience in the Casino Industry ranging from Steakhouse, Oyster Bar, Buffet, even Sushi. I have been in love with cooking since I was a child and am now pursueing a life long career preparing new tasteful, and wholesome dishes making each my own.

 

  I offer in-home and event services, where I travel to your destination and cook fresh wholesome meals for you, your family, and/or friends.

 

 Exhausted after work?! Tired of wasting money and time dining out? Allow me! I offer personal chef services for your home, or small gatherings. Preparing meals for you and/or your family so u don't have to. I can prepare meals for 3 days at a time or I can cook once a week for example: leaving you 5 meals 5 sides and soups so you can pick through your options until I return.Also as part of my personal chef services I offer cooking demonstrations and sushi demonstrations for those interested in getting more familiar with the kitchen and especially for those scared to even heat up the microwave. To show you just how quick and simple a fresh wholesome meal is to prepare right in your own kitchen. I also offer catering for your next big party or special event. No event too small or too big. You are welcome to choose from my sample menus. Or we can discuss a special menu just to fit your needs.
